I highly recommend Amelias florist and farm market. They have fresh organic vegetables, fruits and a nice selection of italian lasagna, meatballs and cheese. Plus they make yoou a sandwich to order.

Sunset Farm, a vendor located here, is hands down the best option for produce at this market. Their produce is ALL organic and it is ALWAYS fresh. The owners, Kaitlyn and Lawrence are also amazing; they'll answer any of your questions and you can tell that they put a lot of love and energy into their business. Support local by buying quality produce from them.

Very grateful to have a local farmer's market for such a long season though bummed none of the stands have organic fruits and veggies. Beware because some stands say they do but after further probing, you realize they don't. They also don't have anything posted saying they're organic. Trust that if you're organic you're going to have that posted up. One of the stands (the one in the center row) seemed to be honest saying they're not certified organic but don't use pesticides. They do use synthetic fertilizers though. Don't get me wrong no pesticides and local is better than whatever you're going to find in the supermarkets unless you buy certified organic. I also don't blame the farmers because being a certified organic farm comes with high cost due to the process requirements, the auditing, etc. That stand also has great bread. Amazing and fresh! I bought the sourdough loaf and the raisin loaf today. The pesto and burrata stand next to them is also amazing. You have to try the garlic pesto and the burrata sample they usually have :) If you're looking for certified organic fruits and veggies, check out the Greenwich Farmer's Market off Exit 3. All certified organic but that comes

I love the fresh vegetables. Opening day is always something I look forward to starting mid - May. Country Farms is my favorite dealer. The olive and pickle merchant is also very good.

This is an incredibly small farmers market this season. For a city the size of Stanford it's amazing that there are so few vendors. I am from Des Moines Iowa where the downtown Farmers market covers over eight city blocks every Saturday during the summer. So this one here in Stamford is quite a disappointment
